A small selection of letters signed and autograph letters signed including 1662 letter signed by Edward Montagu to "Sir Edward Griffin in his Majesties Chambers" regarding payments to the landlords of properties in which the Royal Harbingers are lodging; 1666 ALS with integral address panel from Thomas Wriothesley to the Commissioners of the County of Sussex regarding payment of taxes; 1675 ALS from William Coventry to Sir Robert Clayton, 1688 ALS from 2nd Earl, Lord Peterborough, undated ALS from 2nd Earl Nottingham, piece with signature of Captain J. Hamilton with calculations and cut signatures of Lambert, Hutton, Robert Howard. A superb and interesting collection.
