1868 (10 June) mourning envelope (right side trimmed) to Staffordshire "via Marseilles" bearing India 8p. and 2a. pair cancelled in manuscript and barred "F.F." postmarks, countersigned by the commanding officer, the reverse with a good strike of the "field force post office/abyssinia" c.d.s. in black with London and Stone arrival c.d.s. (30.6). R.P.S. Certificate (2017) stating, "... 8p. stamp removed and replaced and a 2a. stamp is missing". Also India 4a. and 6a.8p. bearing barred "F.F." cancellations. Photo
