Guernsey Identity Cards (2), No. 19352, issued to 'Frederick John Luscombe', with his photograph stapled to the card and German overstamps, with its outer carrying slip; No. 20689, issued to 'Vena Bridget Luscombe', with her photograph stapled to the card and German overstamps, with her Guernsey National Identity Card, dated 31 December 1945, together with the Travel Identity Card of her husband, Thomas George Wise Luscombe, very fine (4)

Frederick John Luscombe was born on Guernsey on 25 November 1892. During the Great War he served as a Company Sergeant-Major (No. 166) with the Royal Guernsey Light Infantry. During the Second World War he lived at Calais, St Martins.

Vena Bridget Luscombe (nee Judge) was born in County Kildare, Ireland on 14 March 1881 and lived at Le Friquet, St Martins during the Second World War. It is assumed Frederick and her husband, Thomas, were brothers.
