Tom Bowman was born at Shrewsbury, Shropshire in 1869 and enlisted into the Army on 4 September 1914. He served in the Middle East with the Royal Flying Corps from 22 November 1917, his Pair being issued on 7 December 1921 and the Territorial Force War Medal following on 13 November 1922; sold together with copied Service Record.
