Queen's South Africa 1899-1902, no clasp (5926 Pte. T. Togbill. Wilts: Regt.), good very fine

Thomas Togbill was born at Box, Wiltshire in 1882 and joined the Wiltshire Regiment on 4 March 1899. Having served on St Helena guarding Boer Prisoners during the Boer War, by 1911 he was a shepherd living at Wadswick, Box, Wiltshire.
