1916 (5 May) an interesting souvenir sent from General Sir Reginald Wingate comprising three items: An envelope endorsed "From General Sir Reginald Wingate / Last Photo Taken of Lord Kitchener, 5.6.1916", a note from Wingate reading " a little souvenir of 'K. of K. and of Me 20th July 1933", and a copy of the original photograph, seeming itself to be a photograph of the original with annotations that is held by the National Army Museum (NAM. 1960-12-380-1). Together with scarce official admiralty report presented to Parliament titled "The Loss of the H.M.S. Hampshire".
