Jonathon Donald Williams was born at Bangor, Wales on 3 August 1979 and was a chef upon his enlistment in the Royal Navy on 3 Febraury 1997. He qualified as a Leading Physical Trainer in February 2004 and was posted from Heron to Seahawk upon qualification. The light-hearted Passing Out Booklet stated:

'Williams has coped well with the pressures of PT Course. During his time on course he has overcome many barriers, this is credit to himself. As the so-called 'Course Bosun' he still needs to understand that size is everything. He has inspired the course during the vaulting phase with such vaults as 'Billy Helmet'. Once his space ship finally landed he grabbed the bit between the teeth and had a challenging course. He should be an asset to his PT Staff.

Hobbies; The Navy and naval terminology, rugby, breaking the sound barrier when on his motorbike, weight training and modelling.'

Williams was invalided on 25 May 2006; sold together with named box of issue for the Iraq Medal, copied Certificate of Service and Discharge and three photogaphs including the recipient.
