Trial Separations
The following group of separations were all applied by hand to imperforate sheets. Naturally the results were often poorly cut and badly aligned. Examples with the design intact are rarely encountered and are worth a considerable premium
Serrated Perforation 18 at Nelson
6d. brown, serrates clearly visible or intact on the vertical sides, neatly cancelled "15" at Nelson; a fine example. Rare. R.P.S. Certificate (1934). S.G. 24, £3,500. Photo
