British Post Office: 1894 (26 Nov.) envelope to New York bearing first issue 1c. tied by a fine strike of "chinkiang/postal agency" c.d.s., prepaid with Hong Kong Q.V. 5c. blue (2) tied by British Post Office Shanghai (27.11) and, on the reverse, a further despatch c.d.s. overstruck by Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. (27.11) in blue and indistinct New York c.d.s. The flap bears the logo of U.S.S. Concord in blue. A delightful cover. Photo

1894年11月26日鎮江寄紐約封, 貼第一版壹分票一枚, 銷鎮江雙圈英文日戳, 另一旁於11月27日經上海時加貼香港5仙兩枚, 銷上海英國客郵戳, 封背銷另一鎮江雙圈英文分發戳, 其上複蓋藍色11月27日上海工部日戳, 另旁蓋有模糊的紐約到達戳, 及封舌上印有"U.S.S. CONCORD"徽號; 少見, 保存完好._x000D_ _x000D_ 源流: 1994年11月Charles Dougan; "U.S.S. CONCORD"駐中國站服務於1893年10月至1894年5月間, 並於1894年9月至1896年5月間重開.
