Peking: 1894 (7 Apr.) large envelope from the Belgian Legation, registered to Shanghai, bearing 3ca. mauve clean cut perf.11½ block of four (two defective at top) tied by Peking seal in blue and showing a good strike of Peking boxed "registered" type I in blue, there is a further strike on the reverse along with Customs Peking and Customs Shanghai (12.4) c.d.s. Vertical creases and some soiling. F.Z. Chun handstamp on the reverse. Photo

This type I registered handstamp was used between September 1887 to an unknown date in 1894 (probably around June)


北京掛號封：1894年4月7月北京比利使館寄上海大型掛號封，貼光齒十一度半三分四方連(上面兩枚有缺陷)，銷藍色北京橢圓中文戳，另有較清晰藍色北京長框型英文掛號戳，封背有北京海關戳及4月12日上海到達日戳，並有陳復祥印記，封有些皺及老化，品相中上._x000D_ _x000D_ 這枚掛號戳只用於1887年9月至1894年某月(可能是6月前後)之間
