Peking: 1894 (7 July) double weight envelope registered from the German Consulate in Peking to the German Consulate in Tientsin bearing 3ca. mauve clean cut perf.11½ block of four tied by Peking seal in blue and showing a fine strike of the type II unframed "registered" in blue, a further strike on the reverse along with Customs Peking c.d.s. and German Consulate seal in red; the envelope has been crossed in red crayon to indicate registration. Clean and fine. Photo

This type II registration handstamp was used from 1894 (probably around June) to 24th October 1895


北京掛號封：1894年7月7日北京德國領事寄天津德國領事雙倍郵資掛號封，貼光齒十一度半三分票四方連，銷藍色北京橢圓中文戳，另旁蓋藍色無框英文掛號戳，封背有北京海關日戳及德國領事紅色印記，信封面另有用紅鉛筆劃上十字型以表示掛號封，保存完整及品相中上._x000D_ _x000D_ 該無框掛號戳只用於1894年(可能是6月前後)至1895年10月24日之間
