10fr. on 1fr.50c. blue, in conjunction with "Semeuse Lignée" 50c. on 23 August envelope to Marseilles, struck with "new-york au havre/d" octagonal datestamps, special six-line cachet of the "Ile-de-France" catapult flights at left, addressed to a "poste restante" address and consequently taxed with postage dues 30c. cancelled at Marseilles on August 25; very fine.
