10fr. on 1fr.50c. blue, an uncommonly well centred and fresh example, applied on envelope addressed to New York but apparently not circulated, tied by "new-york au havre/d" octagonal datestamp, with special cachet of the "Ile-de-France" catapult flights in six lines struck at left.
