10fr. on 90c. red, in an attarctive rose shade, used on 23 August express registered envelope to Gandelu, additionally franked with "Berthelot" 90c. block of four, tied by "new-york au havre/d" octagonal datestamps, showing very neat strikes alongside of special six-line cachet of the "Ile-de-France" catapult flights, framed "Exprès", "R" and associated straight-line "new-york au havre d" handstamps.
