10fr. on 90c. red, good centring, together with "Pasteur" 1fr.50c. block of four, used on 23 August registered envelope headed "French Line", endorsed "Par Avion Jusqu'a Dakar" and addressed to Senegal, tied by "new-york au havre/d" octagonal datestamps, repeated alongside, "R" and the accompanying "new-york au havre d" straight-line handstamps, as well as very fine fine strike of the six-line catapult cachet, all applied on front, showing signature of the pilot Demougeot above the registration marking, backstamped at Paris, Toulouse for onward air transmission and Dakar on arrival.
