1805 (28 Feb.) entire letter to Southampton, marked "per Packet", rated "1/9" and showing good to fine "tortola/1 mar 0815" (Proud Type PS7); some toning at right and slight wear along folds. Interesting letter with details of the initial French attacks in the West Indies. Also an internal Great Britain letter from the same correspondence
