1808 (3 Oct.) entire letter ex the Walters correspondence to Kendal, rated "4/6" and showing mainly fine "tortola/29 oct 1808" datestamp (Proud Type PS7)

Note: Thomas Walters spent some years in Tortola from about 1804 until 1813. He returned to England for a period during 1808-09 and his replacement, Moore, gives him details of Walter's affairs in the Virgin Islands.
