Offered with the Pigeongram Telegraph reply from Madame Navalet to her husband in Paris, dated 2le 14 9bre with Avenue Napoleon arrival (23.11) and double ring "administration des lignes telegraphiques/avenue/napoleon/paris" cachet; part of the Telegram torn away and missing but a fascination pair illustrating correspondence from and into Paris during the Siege.
