1945 (21 Aug.) opened-out envelope, double registered to Wusu bearing Sun Yat Sen $2 tied by Hami dotted c.d.s. with the manuscript registration number alongside and a fair strike of boxed "Return to sender", with instruction slip attached and, on the reverse, the acknowledgement of receipt slip, Tihwa c.d.s. in purple for censorship. Arrived back in Hami in 1947 (27 Feb.). Pays postage $2 and double registration $6
