1945 (6 Nov.) official I-Chan envelope registered to Burtsin in Ili region bearing Central Trust $2 (2) and unoverprinted Sun Yat Sen Anniversary $30 tied by Tihwa (Urumtsi) c.d.s. and part of the registration slip and a good strike of the boxed "Special circumstances Return to sender" in black and a light strike of the large red seal. Scarce use of this handstamp on official mail. Pays postage $20 and registration $30
