(faults) and "registered" 1/- Die I tied by Barred Numeral "4", showing despatch d.s. at lower left, framed "colonies/&c. art - 18" in red, London handstruck "d6", Calais entry c.d.s. (additionally tying the stamps), "charge/d'office" (Officially Registered) h.s. applied in France (the only example known on mail from Victoria) and, on reverse, Melbourne and various transit and arrival datestamps; the envelope a little soiled.
