1808 (20 October) printed warrant to a Colonel of Our North Lincolnshire Regiment (William Viscount Milsintion), authorising payment of £21,812.3.9½d. being the Regimental Charges for one year up to 24th December 1800. The top bears a good example of George's signature "George R" from his blind period caused by cataracts. The document is also signed by General Sir James Pulteney as Secretary of State for War.
