"Late Fee." straight-line handstamp, No. 77, fine-very fine strikes on front of two 1897-98 items dispatched at Kingstown, the earlier being an envelope to London franked by 1885-93 1d and 2½d on 1d, the later, a ½d stationery wrapper to Sussex (some creases) additionally franked with 1885-93 1d, a very scarce duo;
