"Late Fee." straight-line handstamp, No. 78; 1811, April 11 envelope from Kingstown to London, bearing 1909-11 1d single, tied by dispatch c.d.s., and pair, cancelled by the Late Fee marking, backstamped on receipt, some minor faults not detracting from this very rare cover which shows a superb strike.
