#17, 1861 20c Red, selection of 17 stamps, two mint, among the used examples are to be remarked the rare handstamps of "Chita/Franca", "Pie-Cuesta", "Cipaquirá/Franca" and the highly interesting "Colón" in red applied in Panama, ink usages of Ambalema and Ibagué, also a large fragment of judicial wrapper with one 20c tied by Bogotá oval, an attractive group, few are affected by faults as usually encountered.
