#18, 1861 1p Rose, selection of 21 stamps, three mint including one marginal and two with the prominent flaws occurred in positions 2 & 3, the position 2 being repeated in used condition with complete "Barba-coas" in manuscript, other handwritten usages are Socorro, Ibagué, Neiva, Espinal, and few indistinct ones, the remarkable postmarks exhibited being "Ybague/Franca" in two lines, "Call/Franca" (instead of Cali), Cipaquirá./Franca.", "Socorro./Franca.", Cartago" and "0" numeral which is very rarely found in green, additionally enriched by signed black proof of Sperati, five examples with slight faults, mainly very attractive and fine.
