#17, 1861 20c Red, three examples displaying printing flaws, including one unused without gum displaying external border of the oval broken at right, two used, one with blue oval of Vélez, showing two large colorless spots at right (very small faint thin which seems to be caused by an irregularity of the paper at top), and one used at Tunja in manuscript with colored dash between "N" and "A" in "Nacionales", fine and scarce.
