#16, 1861 10c Blue, choice group of 28 stamps, all except one in used condition, remarkable handstamps originating from Mompós, Purificación (in red), Socorro and Moreno, meanwhile the manuscript usages are Pie de Cuesta, Ambalema, Barranquilla, Sogamoso and Tunja, only three examples with faults, mainly a very fine and attractive lot.
