Crowned Circle: 1793 (9 Nov.) entire folio letter from Robert Turnbull in Montreuil to Glasgow "pr Packet" bearing, on the small flap, a good strike of the crown in circle with London arrival alongside and showing "1/-" and "1/10" rate marks crossed through and "1" for local redirection. Folding creases and soiling though still a good cover. Photo
