1874 (5 Sept.) opened-out envelope to Monsieur G Vapereau in Paris "Via Brindisi" bearing, on the reverse, a very good strike of "customs house/shanghai/paid" dated double oval in red. Sent via the British Post Office it bears Hong Kong 1863-71 30c. mauve well tied by a good strike of "S1" in bright blue with the associated despatch c.d.s. on the reverse, with Hong Kong (9.9), French Brindisi and part Paris arrival. There is also a mirror image of the dated oval on the address side received from another letter in this mailing.



This is the eleventh letter recorded. Clean and fine
