Hellrigl #13b, 1889-98 4a Yellow green, later printings on native paper of good quality, imperforate, setting 4, positions 5-8/13-16, top right corner margin partial inscription block of eight (4x2), unused without gum as issued, extra-large untrimmed sheet margins and large full margins on the other two sides, clear bright color and sharp impression for this showing constant plate flaw of "white crown" in position 6, plus another plate flaw in 16, very fine; a very scarce inscription margin block showing the last two words joined which only is found in setting 4 (Scott #9; $440.00+; S.G. #12; £376+).
