Hellrigl #13b, 1889-98 4a Yellow green, later printings on native paper of good quality, imperforate, setting 4, positions 3-4/11-12/19-20, top margin partial inscription block of six (2x3), unused without gum as issued, attractive yellow green color and clear impression, extra-large margins all around, choice very fine; marginal inscription blocks are scarce, this confirming the setting by the shape of the letters (Scott #9; 330.00+; S.G.#12; £282+).
