Hellrigl #13b, 1889-98 4a Yellow green, later printings on native paper of good quality, imperforate, setting 4, positions 31-32/63-64, right margin block of ten (2x5), unused without gum as issued, large sheet margin showing a trace of the sheet frameline, well clear to large margins on the other three sides, bright color and quite clear impression, showing plate flaws of "white crown" and right margin ragged in position 40 and 63 respectively, very fine; a nice sheet margin block , the setting being confirmed by large sheet margin; 1984 Hellrigl certificate (Scott #9; $550.00+; S.G. #12; £470+).
