#11X1, St. Louis, Mo. 5c Black on greenish wove Postmaster Provisional, Ty. III, position 5, attractive appearing single with a striking pre printing paper fold opened out at bottom, well clear to large margins all around, cancelled with two horizontal pen strokes, repaired small thin spot at top right, very fine appearance; paper folds are known on this Postmaster Provisional but are seldom so wide; a lovely variety on this rarity.
