I, position 2, used, clear to full margins all around, strong color and impression, lightly cancelled by portion of red Saint Louis c.d.s. cancel with no apparent ms. cancel, faint vertical crease ending in an edge tear at top, nearly very fine appearance; overall a highly collectable example of this Postmaster Provisional rarity.
