1863 (14 Mar.) entire letter from Bordeaux to Saigon and carried to Singapore by the Paul Riquet, bearing France 10c. and 20c. (both with perfs cut off at foot) cancelled "532" with despatch c.d.s. alongside and showing small framed "pd" in red with, on reverse, poor "singapore/ship letter/paid" d.s. in red; upon arrival in Singapore India 1a. applied (creased upon affixing) and tied by "B/172" obliterator for onward transmission to Saigon by the Forbin.
