Emblem, Flags, designer's original artwork, approximately 5½" x 7¾" in near issued colors, matted and framed in chrome with block of four of the issued stamp at bottom, endorsed and signed by the designer "Accepted design for 18c regular issue U.N. 1975, Henry K. Bencsath," purported to be one of two produced, very fine and attractive.
