#253, 1974 18c World Population Year, designer's original artwork, approximately 5½" x 8¾" in near issued colors, matted on card with blocks of four of the issued stamps including U.N. Offices in Geneva at bottom, endorsed and signed by the designer "Final design for World Population Year 1974, Henry K. Bencsath," some toning in the matting, purported to be one of two produced, very fine and attractive.
