#244, 1974 10c New Headquarters of International Labor Organization, designer's original artwork, approximately 7¾" x5½" in slightly different colors than issued, slate shades rather than blue shades, matted on card with blocks of four of the issued stamps including U.N. Offices in Geneva, endorsed and signed by the designer "Accepted Layout for I.L.O. 1974, Henry K Bencsath," purported to be one of two produced, very fine and attractive.
