#123, 1964 5c Intergovernmental Maritime Consultative Organization, designer's original artwork, approximately 7" x 5" in near issued colors, matted and framed in chrome with block of four of the issued stamp at lower left, endorsed and signed by the designer "Accepted Design for IMCO U. N. (August 1963), Henry K. Bencsath," purported to be one of two produced, very fine and attractive.
