Temporary Executive Authority (UNTEA) in West New Guinea (West Irian), designer's original artwork, approximately 7¾" x 5½" in near issued colors, matted on card with block of four of issued stamp at right, endorsed and signed "First prize winner design for UNTEA 1963, Henry K. Bencsath," purported to be one of two produced, slight toning in matting, very fine and attractive.
