1896 (22 May) local Chemulpo registered envelope bearing 5p. to 50p. set of four tied by type IIB datestamp with the local boxed registration handstamp in red and brush strokes at foot; the cover with a vertical filing crease in centre (clear of the adhesives) and some paper adherences on reverse. 50p. is first printing. A scarce cover bearing all of the values. Note that there is also an unused set stuck inside the envelope. Photo
