1897 (20 July) opened-out envelope to the French Legation in Seoul bearing Koban 2s. rose tied by a fair strike of Ninsen bisected datestamp in brownish black, underpaid and bearing two good strikes of Ninsen boxed Postage Due handstamp, with right margin Koban 4s. bistre tied by a fine strike of Seoul boxed Postage Due handstamp and, on the reverse, a fine strike of Seoul bisected arrival datestamp.
