A scarce and fine quality example the gilt back plate with silver mounts, comprising a scroll 'Niagara' the crown over an Antelope over 'VI' these with attendant laurel sprays, at the bottom a tri-part scroll 'Orthes Peninsula Pyrenees', complete with original leather liner (Parkyn 107), little gilt remains on the back plate otherwise good condition
