Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1862 (November) Printing, Yellowish Toned Paper, Perf 11 1/2-12 Covers 1869 (1 May) envelope from Charlotte Town to Wallace N.S., bearing 1d. orange-yellow and 2d. rose paying the single letter rate to Nova Scotia, both with central manuscript cross and cancelled by 8 bar oval and showing, on reverse, Type P6, Pictou (5.5) and arrival (7.5) datestamps.
