Prince Edward Island Third Issue 1862 (November) Printing, Yellowish Toned Paper, Perf 11 1/2-12 Covers 1869 (8 Feb.) envelope from Charlotte Town to Liverpool, bearing 9d. reddish mauve paying the single letter rate to U.K., tied by slightly heavy 8 bar oval, showing Type P6 datestamp and "paid/liverpool/br. packet" c.d.s.
