ColombiaPanama1859, Sept. 23. Cover from Cartagena sent to General Mosquera at Popayán, privately carried to Buenaventura, initially with involvement of "Macía e Hijo" of Cartagena, sender and forwarding agent (without cachet), then in Panama transferred to "Hurtado y Hermanos" with red oval handstamp; and "A. de la Peña" blue oval of the third forwarding agent, entering the mails with red "Buenaventura/Franca" double oval. Very fine and rare. Ex Santa María.
