Entire letter from Medellín to Colón, with blue "Medellin./Franca." oval, framed datestamp on departure and"10" centavos marking for the single rate to Colón, there being placed on board a USMSC steamship, struck on arrival with "Steamship/10" due marking (Dec. 1856 tariff). Outstandingly fine and unusual.
