Registered cover from Bogotá to Santander, with 40 centavos for the registration fee paid separately in cash, carried at double rate with "30" marking, showing strikes of "0" along edges as compulsory for registered mail, "Bogotá/Franca." oval, all in blue, and "Certificacion á Bogotà/Salió en_de_" datestamp in red. A rare mail carried by "correo extraordinario" (as per date) when regular mail was not available.
