Entire letter from Havana to Santander (Spain), erroneously postmarked with red "Buenos/Ayres" in two lines denoting a mistaken origin, "5 R 1" rate markings including the single maritime rate and 1 cuarto war tax. Vertical fold and some slight soiling at right. An extraordinary application of a "Buenos Ayres" postmark on mail emanating from Cuba.
